Have you been on your mental health journey for a while, but you are ready to step even more into your healing and higher self? THIS is the course for you! You will receive 1:1 coaching from yours truly AND have group coaching! Be ready to change your life. The course outline was created using the chapters and exercises in my book. However, in addition to my book, we will dive veryyyy deep into inner-child healing, relationship challenges, self-confidence, dis-ease, your chakra system, breathwork, and meditation just to name a few. What you will walk away with is going to help you fully love and accept yourself in a way your soul has been craving. IF this course is meant for you- you will know. You will need to put in work and really show up for yourself. This course is for the women really desiring to re-prioritize themselves, the one needing her inner-child wounds healed, the woman who is ready for lasting transformation, and the one who is actually ready to evolve into her best self. What’s included in the cost?

• 12 weeks group coaching: Every Wednesday starting May 31st, 2023 – August 16, 2023 ~60-90 min per session. *Meeting time will be dependent on what time zones people live in that have signed up for the course*
• 9 1:1 coaching sessions with Sara: Sessions can start immediately upon signing up for the course beginning June 1st, 2023. *You have until August 21st, 2023 to complete all 1:1 sessions.*
• Marco Polo support group.
• An assigned weekly accountability partner.
• Weekly golden nugget challenges/texts.
• and last but not least…….. A RETREAT!!!!!! This retreat will take place in St. George, UT  | August 24-27th, 2023.
  

Yes! You read that right, a retreat is included! When you take this course you build friendships with the other women and you will want to meet them in person. I want to provide a weekend where all of you who complete the course come for a light-hearted, girls weekend get-away to celebrate the new you! All food, and lodging, is covered in the cost of the course. Transportation to and from retreat is excluded in course fee.
